* Financial Planning and Strategy:
Support Finance Business Partner in the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, financial and ad-hoc analysis in collaboration with plant and commercial teams.
* Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with regional requirements.
* Cost Management and Optimization:
Conduct in-depth cost analysis to identify areas to optimize costs, cost reduction and improve efficiencies.
* Profitability Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analysis to identify area for improvements up to OI level.
* Inventory Management:
Oversee the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management processes.
* Standard Costing:
Establish and update standard costs for materials, labour and overhead as required.
* Automation and simplificantion:
Support standardization projects, through insights in process efficiencies and be a contact point to perform ad hoc requests in time.

* Collaboration:

Provide support and guidance to the operations and commercial teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, development and high performance.

Functional Knowledge:
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance fields is preferred
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar or related roles
* This individual should possess excellent financial skills, with the ability to detect trends from financial statements and provide insights for improve decision-making.
* Fluency in English essential. Dutch or Spanish would be valuable depending on location.
