Alongside hands-on experience, you will complete the CISI Investment Operations Certificate (IOC), a globally recognised qualification designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to thrive in financial services.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with interviews taking place throughout the recruitment period. Candidates must hold a minimum 2:2 honours undergraduate degree in any discipline.

Through the FinTrU Graduate Programme, we help build the technical expertise and specialist knowledge that underpin the services we deliver to global clients.

Throughout their career at FinTrU, Analysts are encouraged to pursue certifications aligned to their role and career goals, with access to structured learning pathways, study support, and financial sponsorship.
