The role offers significant exposure to diverse financial functions, reporting directly to senior leadership, in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. About you Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with at least 3 years post-qualified experience in a financial or commercial setting Strong understanding of ledger systems and statutory accounting standards Experience in preparing management accounts and liaising with external auditors Meticulous organiser with the ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver accurate work Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with senior stakeholders Proficient in Excel and familiar with multiple accounting software packages Experience working with different currency bases is advantageous What you'll do Maintain, audit, and update financial records and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency Provide financial forecasts and support strategic planning Prepare and present management accounts regularly Handle core finance activities including bank reconciliations, VAT returns, Bad Debt management, and statutory compliance Support company acquisitions and oversee property portfolios Supervise payroll functions Assist with additional financial duties as outlined in the full job description For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact Joanne Gordon at the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
