• Provide high-quality treatments for clients in line with clinic treatment guidelines
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and set realistic expectations for treatments
• Actively promote additional services and products to clients, tailoring treatments to best suit them
• Ability to work with sales targets
• Ensure client records are up to date pre- and post-treatment
• Maintenance and cleaning of all machines

• Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required
• Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired, not required)
• Team player who works collaboratively
• A positive and friendly attitude with clients
• Attention to detail when dealing with client records
• Excellent standards with regards to client experience
