Full‑time role supporting clients with daily care, medication assistance, and wellbeing. Positions open in Birmingham, Manchester, London & other locations. Competitive salary with relocation support. Visa sponsorship available.

• Help clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Remind clients to take medication and assist with administration according to care plans.
• Prepare healthy meals that meet nutritional requirements.
• Monitor vital signs and the client’s condition, reporting changes to healthcare professionals.
• Support clients with memory care needs, including Alzheimer’s or dementia, using specialised approaches.
• Use assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts to ensure safe transfers and positioning.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided, complying with HIPAA regulations.
• Perform light housework, including cleaning and laundry, to maintain a safe living environment.
• Assist clients with outings or community events as required.
• Follow all safety protocols, including CPR and first aid, as applicable.

• Experience in home and community care, assisted living, or long‑term care settings.
• Proficiency in monitoring patients, tracking vital signs, and implementing care plans.
• Experience caring for individuals with developmental difficulties, autism, or other special needs.
• Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care, memory care, hospice care, or working with seniors in nursing homes or assisted living facilities.
• Ability to safely transfer and carry large items using tools such as Hoyer lifts.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• CPR and First Aid training is a plus; adherence to HIPAA rules is mandatory.
• A caring approach and patience when working with disadvantaged groups requiring social support.
• Attention to detail, adaptability to client needs, and teamwork orientation.
