About The Role
We are looking for Regional Senior Nurse Leaders to strengthen our dynamic Senior Nurse structure, inspiring nurses, developing evidence‑based practice, driving clinical quality through supervision and educational opportunities.
This exciting new role will be pivotal in delivering our nursing vision for social care through the key pillars of professional standards, practice and development. You will actively promote the ethos of our Kind Care model and vision for excellence in Kind Dementia care across the organisation, delivering on the HC‑One overarching strategy through strong clinical expertise and leadership in Adult Social Care Nursing.

About YouYou are a Registered Nurse, educated to degree level or equivalent in health or social care, and can evidence professional development and updating of clinical skills. Your professional practice aligns with your professionalism as a lifelong learner. You are a strong influencer with a passion for educating others and supporting professional development and evidence‑based practice.
You have a strong focus on a person‑centred approach to care delivery and are a confident communicator who creates professional and credible relationships at all levels, working collaboratively to build effective working relationships both internally and externally.
You are able to work as an integral member of the team, while also being an independent practitioner and subject‑matter expert.
This role is flexible on location within a specific region and working hours to meet the needs of the people you will be supporting. The ability to travel across a region of the UK is required, so you must hold a full UK driving licence.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. You must be able to recognise signs indicating possible abuse, harm or neglect, know what to do if there are concerns, and attend safeguarding training appropriate to your role. You should also be able to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
