About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Home Manager to lead and inspire our dedicated team in delivering outstanding care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of care staff to ensure high standards of care and support.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Oversee operational management, including staffing, budgets, and resources.

Maintain excellent communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Promote a positive, safe, and supportive environment for both staff and residents.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a managerial role within a care setting.

Strong knowledge of care standards, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Passion for delivering high-quality care and improving residents’ lives.

Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 5 or equivalent) preferred.
