, where your role will have a lasting impact on the lives of people with learning disabilities.

• Support people with learning disabilities in their daily lives and routines.
• Assist with personal care and medication, including bathing and dressing.
• Help with finances and everyday tasks such as shopping and bill payments.
• Encourage independence and social inclusion by supporting community activities and groups.
• Use Positive Behaviour Support strategies to enhance quality of life.
• Build trusting, meaningful relationships based on empathy and respect.
• Night shifts: 9:00pm – 9:00am (Rota prepared 4+ weeks in advance to support your work/life balance).

• A genuine passion for supporting others.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts including weekends.
• A positive, patient, and empathetic attitude.
• Willingness to register with NISCC and undergo an enhanced Access NI check.
• A clean UK driver’s licence is preferable but not essential.
• Various Waken Night Contracts available to include part‑time and full‑time contracts.

£26,228 per annum pro rata + Excellent Benefits.
