Are you looking for a rewarding and engaging role in complex clinical care? We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a support worker to work alongside our client with complex needs in Attleborough, near Norwich.

Hours: Bank.

About the Role

You’ll be supporting a lady in her 20s who, due to Lennox‑Gestaut syndrome, requires support with complex needs such as epilepsy/seizure management, autism, learning disabilities, PEG feeding and oral suctioning. We're looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy.

She lives in her own property, enjoys singing and dancing, baking, going for walks, swimming and going out for meals among others. Your role will be to support her physically and emotionally, helping her live life to the fullest.

What We’re Looking For

Due to the client's needs, we’re seeking a female support worker with:

• Agenuine passion for care and making a difference
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
• Reliable, committed, and flexible approach
• Experience in complex care and managing challenging behaviours
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

You’ll need to be confident working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to build a trusting relationship with the client and their family.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring condition
• Support with daily/nightly routines
• Assist with personal hygiene and mobility
• Administer medication and monitor health
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members
