We are looking for compassionate, calm, and resilient carers to support a young woman with complex mental health needs to live a full and meaningful life. This is a rewarding role where you will help build confidence, encourage independence, and provide consistent emotional support in a safe and positive way.

This role is about supporting her to enjoy everyday life and the things she loves, whether that is shopping, cooking, spending time with family, getting out for a drive, or enjoying anything animal-related. She is bubbly, chatty, and enjoys being around carers who are warm, relaxed, and easy to talk to.

You will never be working alone, as this is a 2:1 package, meaning you will always work alongside another carer on shift.
