Location: Londonderry
We are recruiting a dedicated Support Worker to join our supported living service in Londonderry,supporting adults with complex needs. This role focuses on supporting individuals with learning disabilities, co-occurring mental health conditions, and a history of substance misuse, as well as those who may display behaviours that challenge. This role has competitive hourly rates ranging from £13.50 to £17.50 depending on shift pattern.
This is a temporary role available for an immediate start, initially for a three-month period with the potential to continue on an ongoing basis. As part of this service, you will work closely with a consistent group of residents, helping them develop daily living skills such as managing their tenancy, maintaining routines, engaging with the community, and building confidence in their independence.
You will also contribute to structured support plans, promote positive behaviour strategies, and provide emotional and practical support tailored to each individuals goals.
