Foster Care Associates in Belfast is seeking a Referrals Officer – Fostering to join our team. This permanent, part-time role (25 hours/week) has Thursday and Friday fixed hours with flexibility on other days.
You will manage referrals from Health and Social Care Trusts and match placements to children's needs. Working with foster families and social workers, you will ensure regulatory compliance, develop relationships, and provide full training on our processes.
