The role involves empowering individuals to develop independent living skills, implementing person-centred plans, and working with the team to maintain a safe, respectful environment. Sleep-ins may apply with additional pay.
Applicants must have numeracy/literacy skills and strong communication. Rights to work in the UK are required; driving licence and access to vehicle are desirable.
