Location: Derry/Londonderry
Connected Health Group is hiring a Support Worker to join the Live Connected division in Londonderry. You will provide person-centred care in supported living settings, helping adults with mental ill health and complex needs to live with independence and dignity.
The role is permanent/part-time and on-site in Northern Ireland. You must have at least 6 months of experience in supported living, be based in Northern Ireland, and be able to manage medications and daily notes.
