Key Responsibilities

* Lead and inspire the F&B team to consistently exceed guest expectations

* Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy, performance, and innovation

* Oversee multiple outlets including fine dining, bars, and event catering

* Ensure cost control and profitability through effective supplier partnerships

* Work closely with the Executive Chef and Events Team to deliver memorable culinary and private dining experiences

* Maintain full compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards

About You

* Senior F&B management experience within a 4 or 5-star hotel or premium venue

* A strong operational leader with a hands-on approach and a passion for mentoring

* Proven track record in delivering high-quality service while managing budgets and KPIs

* Commercially savvy-comfortable with forecasting, reporting, and driving revenue

* Familiarity with systems like HOTSoft or Volante (desirable)

* Up-to-date knowledge of current food trends and luxury service expectations
