We are looking for a running BBA student majoring in HRM with good command over English and is enthusiastic about learning processes and functions regarding Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & HRIS. The ideal candidate would have good learning agility and would be able to think creatively when working on big hiring projects. He/she will have an excellent opportunity for learning and will be able to enjoy a flexible work model.

• Updating spreadsheets (Trackers) with candidate information.
• Shortlisting CVs from job portals.
• Calling and scheduling interviews.
• Scheduling online exams.
• Conducting reference calls for selected candidates.
• Other relevant tasks involving recruitment.

• Good English Communication skills
• Running Student in BBA (Major: HRM)
• Good Proficiency in basic Computer skills
• Good attention to details and good learning agility.
