• CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum)
• Proven HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong employee relations skills and employment law knowledge (NI)
• Confident advisor and influencer at management level
• Pragmatic, hands‑on, and commercially aware with strong communication skills

• Lead and manage all site HR operations, ensuring compliance and effective people management
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations and employment legislation (NI)
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, and succession initiatives to foster growth
• Drive performance management programmes and employee engagement activities
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align HR strategies with operational objectives
