AboutYou
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum)
- Proven HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong employee relations skills and employment law knowledge (NI)
- Confident advisor and influencer at management level
- Pragmatic, hands‑on, and commercially aware with strong communication skills
- Lead and manage all site HR operations, ensuring compliance and effective people management
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations and employment legislation (NI)
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, and succession initiatives to foster growth
- Drive performance management programmes and employee engagement activities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align HR strategies with operational objectives
