About you:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar HR or People Advisor role, ideally within manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of UK & NI employment law
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (Level 7 is desirable)
  • Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Right to work in the UK
What you'll do:
  • Provide comprehensive end-to-end People support for leaders and employees across the UK
  • Manage employee relations casework and absence management processes
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and assist with talent acquisition and succession planning
  • Oversee UK People compliance, including legislative updates and fair employment monitoring
  • Support payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance
  • Contribute to culture, wellbeing, and People-focused projects
