The Role As our HR Officer, you will be the heartbeat of our daily HR operations. You will act as a trusted advisor to our employees, streamline our administrative processes, and help us attract and retain top talent. Key Responsibilities 1. Advisory & Employee Relations Point of Contact:
Provide advice and guidance to both employees and line managers on HR policies, procedures, compliance, and employment legislation. Employee Relations:

Serve as the go-to contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace wellness; assist in resolving grievances with empathy and fairness.
2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the entire hiring process from drafting job descriptions and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding. Stakeholder & Agency Management:
Oversee relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners. Brand Ambassador:
Act as a "FAST ambassador" by managing outreach programs with schools, government agencies, and industry partners to promote the company as an employer of choice.
3. Talent Development & Culture FAST Academy & Early Careers:
Support apprenticeships, internships, graduate programs, training plan and employee development plans Performance & Training:
Manage the performance review cycle (including probations), identify skills gaps, and coordinate training plans. Company Culture:
Lead the We are FAST team to drive employee engagement initiatives. 4. HR Administration, Payroll & Reporting Documentation:
Prepare employment contracts, HR correspondence, and maintain accurate electronic personnel files. Data & Payroll Support:
Compile HR metrics and reports for senior management and provide accurate data entry to support payroll processing. Benefits & Offboarding:
Administer employee benefits programs (including cost reviews) and conduct exit interviews to analyse turnover trends. What we are looking for:
Essential: 3rd Level qualification in a relevant discipline with at least three years' HR Generalist experience. Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and best practice. Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Proactive and collaborative, with experience leading HR initiatives and supporting business objectives. Enthusiastic about leveraging AI and automation to improve HR processes and efficiency. Desirable: L3 or above CIPD or relevant qualification
