Location: Derry/Londonderry
Loughs Agency seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function across Northern Ireland and Ireland, reporting to the Director of Corporate Services. The successful candidate will provide trusted, practical advice to managers and shape HR support during a pivotal development phase for the Agency.
You will oversee HR priorities, coach the team, manage employee relations, support change management, and ensure compliant, fair recruitment and onboarding.
