• About you:

  • Proven experience in a senior advisory or managerial level HR role within a busy environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills
  • Strong knowledge of NI employment law and HR best practices
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above desirable)
  • Approachable, proactive, and solutions-focused, with high integrity and discretion

• What you'll do:

  • Lead recruitment and resource planning, supporting line managers with hiring processes
  • Oversee onboarding, induction, and staff documentation compliance
  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence issues
  • Develop and review HR policies, ensuring legal compliance and best practice
  • Support talent management and succession planning initiatives
  • Provide reports and HR metrics to senior management to inform decision-making
