Head of Product - Production Delivery

We are looking for a Head of Product - Production Delivery to lead the product strategy and direction for the systems that sit at the centre of RWS’s localisation and production delivery model.

This is a senior, strategic leadership role responsible for shaping the future of the systems and platforms used to plan, orchestrate, execute, and manage localisation and production work across RWS. The scope spans:

• Core production and workflow systems
• Enterprise platforms and integrations
• Partner innovation balanced with scalable standardisation
• Vendor supply chain enablement and management capabilities

Together, these capabilities support thousands of operational users and enable the delivery of complex, high-volume services at a global scale.

You will lead a team of Product Managers and Product Leaders, setting direction across a complex, interdependent portfolio of systems with varying levels of maturity. You will balance long-term platform evolution with the immediate needs of a mission‑critical services organisation, operating at a senior stakeholder level across the organisation.

This role is suited to a product leader who is comfortable in operationally intensive, revenue‑critical environments, who understands the fundamentals of data, reliability, and can bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex enterprise systems that are deeply embedded in day‑to‑day delivery.

• Define and own the Production Enablement product strategy, aligned to how RWS delivers, scales and evolves its services. Set a clear long‑term vision for a unified, resilient and extensible production application.

• Determine where consolidation, standardisation or decommissioning is required, and where differentiation or bespoke capability remains strategically important.
• Ensure alignment with RWS’s Target Operating Model, platform strategy and broader technology transformation priorities.

• Lead a multi‑product portfolio with shared capabilities, complex dependencies and varying levels of maturity.
• Lead multiple Product Managers, coaching and growing their skills.
• Drive simplification and modernisation across the production systems/business application estate, reducing fragmentation and operational risk.
• Champion performance qualities such as reliability, scalability, interoperability, observability and maintainability.
• Work closely with internal customers to drive effective UX/UI that rapidly evolves with our organisation.

• Build deep understanding of how localisation, linguistic validation and other Transform production work actually flows across RWS.
• Partner with operational leaders, delivery teams, vendor management and enablement functions to surface systemic pain points and opportunities.
