** Onsite Raytheon UK has an opportunity for a Senior Dev Ops Engineer to join our Cyber & Intelligence teams based in Gloucester and Manchester.

** About the role
** You will be work as a Senior Dev Ops Engineer deploying applications and software to cloud or on-prem environments for our many business areas.

This opportunity will be an office-based role at one of our sites in the Gloucester or Manchester area.

Due to the projects you will be working on,
** we require all applicants to have current active eDV clearance.
**** Responsibilities
* ** Building and setting up development tools and infrastructure
* Understand the needs of project stakeholders
* Automate and improve development and release processes
* Ensure that systems are safe and secure against cyber security threats
* Identify technical problems and develop software updates and solutions
* Work with other engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
** Required Skills and Experience
*** Experience of working in an Agile/SCRUM/Dev Ops delivery model
* Cloud technologies (AWS or Azure)
* Infrastructure as code e.g. Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Ansible etc.
* Experience in building and deploying large-scale applications in Continuous Integration/Delivery pipelines;
* Container platform and orchestration systems ECS, AKS, Kubernetes/helm/Docker
* Experience in automation and integration tools such as Jenkins, Concourse CI or cloud equivalents
* Experience in scripting languages and source control
