Kainos is looking for a PTA Reporting & Prism Product Consultant to shape and deliver their Pay Transparency Analyzer product. You will use your Workday Reporting expertise to design and implement reporting solutions that help organizations meet regulatory requirements while supporting pay equity and transparency across Europe.
This role involves close collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers, and includes mentoring junior consultants. The ideal candidate will have Workday certification and at least two years of hands-on Reporting experience.
