Conveyancing Solicitor | £30,000-£40,000 or above DOE| Full-time or Part-time (Derry City)

Signatus are hiring a Conveyancing Solicitor on behalf of a long-established practice based in Derry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in residential and commercial conveyancing to step into a role with autonomy and ongoing client demand. The firm is also active in wills and probate, so experience in these areas will be welcomed.

Who we’re looking for:

Ideally 3+ years PQE in residential and/or commercial conveyancing, with experience in probate and estate matters being a strong advantage. You should be a confident solicitor capable of managing files independently, comfortable with client-facing work, and able to liaise with estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors practitioners competently.

Day-to-day includes:

Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of title. Drafting wills, administering estates, advising on estate planning, and running conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
