This successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, delivering proactive and efficient support to partners and lawyers in a fast‑paced, rewarding environment.

• Extensive diary management across multiple time zones
• Schedule and organise meetings, conferences, and departmental activities
• Book complex travel and accommodation arrangements, prepare travel itineraries and process travel expenses
• Document preparation including spell checks, edits, and proofreading work to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain positive contact with clients, open new files, and maintain all client and general files
• Ensure lawyers’ weekly timesheets are dealt with in a timely manner
• Management of inboxes and e‑filing

• Previous experience in a similar role within a law firm
• Ability to transcribe legal documents and correspondence from rough draft or dictation at a level of 70 wpm
• Excellent English language and grammar skills; ability to proofread typed material for grammatical or spelling errors
• Experience using Visio would be advantageous
