Martin Property Group seeks a highly organised Facilities/Maintenance Officer to oversee the day-to-day management of a diverse UK and Ireland property portfolio.
You will coordinate with the in-house maintenance team, manage third-party contractors, and support refurbishment projects to ensure design, compliance and operational standards are built into each stage.
Extensive travel across the UK and Ireland is required, and you will report to the Construction Directors.
