Head of Compliance – EMI Fin Tech (Fully Remote, £80–100k + benefits)
We’re supporting a fast-growing Fin Tech operating as a principal EMI with an embedded agent/distributor model
. They’re hiring their first Head of Compliance to lead compliance and financial crime as the business scales and will consider a Compliance Manager looking for their first 'Head of' role.
- Lead compliance & financial crime oversight (AML, fraud, monitoring, policies, reporting)
- Oversee agent/distributor onboarding & ongoing monitoring
- Manage and develop the existing fraud team
- Handle safeguarding, Consumer Duty, operational resilience & regulator engagement
- Fully remote (UK)
- High-impact role with real ownership and influence
- Must have experience in working for a principal EMI providing oversight to agents and distributors
- Hands-on compliance + financial crime background
- Direct oversight of agents/distributors is essential
