Salary £32,000- £38,000 Per annum + vehicle

Working for a leading Facilities Management company on a government lead portfolio based in the South East of England

Responsible for the day‑to‑day supervision of M&E/PPM activities delivered with responsibilities for the welfare, direct management and administrative processes to support employees within the delivery team.

• Responsible for the delivery of planned and reactive works within area/cluster.
• Provide technical guidance to delivery teams.
• Ensure staff are trained to carry out works safely, efficiently and to standard.
• Liaison with client representatives and customers.
• Provide accurate commercial data to ensure works are completed to time and budget.
• Produce performance measures to ensure that performance indicators, SLA’s and contractual obligations are met if not exceeded.
• Undertake quality audit of works in progress and completed.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, Health & Safety, Quality Assurance & Environment.
• Liaise, audit and manage the supply chain.

• Previous experience working for public service sector client.
• Valid formal Health & Safety qualification e.g. IOSH.
• Holder of a full and valid driving licence.
• Qualified electrical and/or mechanical engineer (BS7671 qualified, City & Guilds eng, ONC, building services, etc..) or equivalent.
• Both commercially and financially aware.

Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will also be required to go through a level of security clearance.
