We’re looking for a Head of Client Operations to lead and scale the operational side of AIUTA’s client experience — from onboarding through long‑term account support and growth.
This role is focused on building strong client relationships, managing complex implementation workflows, and ensuring smooth cross‑functional collaboration between clients and internal teams. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, creative, and commercial teams to ensure clients successfully launch and scale AIUTA’s solutions.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast‑paced startup environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and understands the realities of working with ecommerce, fashion, and retail teams.
Key Responsibilities- Client Onboarding & Implementation
- Own the onboarding and implementation journey for new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful launch experience.
- Act as the main operational point of contact during onboarding and post‑launch phases.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including product, engineering, creative operations, and customer teams to align timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Ensure client requirements are translated into clear internal workflows, briefs, and execution plans.
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and communication throughout implementation.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across ecommerce, marketing, creative, and operations teams.
- Drive high levels of client satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Proactively identify operational challenges and coordinate solutions across internal teams.
- Support long‑term account success by ensuring clients continuously receive value from AIUTA’s solutions.
- Program & Process Management
- Establish scalable operational processes, documentation, and onboarding frameworks.
- Improve internal workflows and communication practices to support company growth.
- Define and track operational KPIs and client success metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, delivery quality, and client experience.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Creative Operations to align on imagery requirements, production workflows, and quality expectations.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and operational learnings.
- Work alongside commercial teams to ensure smooth client handovers and account continuity.
- 6+ years of experience in client operations, project/program management, customer success, or account management.
- Experience working in fashion‑tech, retail technology, ecommerce enablement, or adjacent industries.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce teams, digital retail workflows, and client expectations within fashion or retail environments.
- Familiarity with imagery production, creative workflows, and asset management processes.
- Proven experience managing complex client implementations and cross‑functional projects.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience building or improving operational processes in growing organizations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior client stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in fast‑paced startup environments with a high sense of ownership and urgency.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Experience working with AI, SaaS, or enterprise software products.
- Experience supporting international or enterprise retail clients.
- Familiarity with creative production pipelines or fashion ecommerce content operations.
