About the Role As a Home Manager, you will provide visible leadership and overall operational management of the Home while ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee governance and operational performance and support a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

The Role

Key Responsibilities Service Leadership & Resident Care Lead the delivery of high-quality, safe and person-centred care across the Home. Promote resident wellbeing, dignity, independence and positive outcomes. Maintain oversight of assessments, care planning and risk management. Support positive resident and family experiences. Team Leadership & Workforce Development Lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams. Support recruitment, onboarding, supervision and staff development. Promote a positive culture of accountability and collaboration.

Support workforce planning and operational effectiveness. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Build positive relationships with residents, families and external professionals. Support effective communication, meetings and engagement opportunities. Promote partnership working and community engagement. Escalate concerns appropriately and without delay. Governance, Quality & Professional Standards Lead governance, quality assurance and regulatory compliance activities. Support audits, inspections and improvement initiatives. Promote safeguarding, health and safety and professional standards.

Ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements.

What Were Looking For We are looking for individuals who are:
Registered Nurses with active NMC registration appropriate to the service. Experienced care leaders with a minimum of three years' leadership or management experience within regulated care environments. Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care Confident leading multidisciplinary teams and operational services Strong communicators with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Committed to governance, continuous improvement and resident wellbeing
