The Factory Core Team / Component Program Management team under Product and Strategic Operation Management organization drives product and supply–demand decisions across Seagate’s global factories to achieve business goals. We collaborate closely with the Design Center, Seagate global factories to launch new products and optimize manufacturing ramps, ensuring supply responds effectively to customer demand.

Lead cross‑functional execution across product lifecycle phases, driving qualification, supply chain optimization, issue resolution, and yield improvement initiatives. This role operates as the central integration point between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, design center and program teams to ensure successful product delivery, quality, and cost performance from development through EOL.

• Lead qualification planning and execution across products and factories.
• Manage milestones, risks, approvals, and launch readiness.

• Drive wafer sourcing and qualification strategies to ensure supply continuity.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply flexibility and operational efficiency.

• Lead cross‑functional resolution of product, quality, and qualification issues.
• Communicate risks, actions, and decisions to stakeholders.

• Drive CYP/YIP execution to improve yield, cost, and business performance.
• Track improvement initiatives and support data‑driven decisions.

• Lead global cross‑functional teams to deliver business objectives.
• Provide clear recommendations and support executive decision‑making.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Physics, Materials, Electrical, Mechanical preferred)

• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel across multiple teams, locations, and time zones with minimal supervision
• Excellent organization and critical thinking skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to drive data-based decisions.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills (technical and executive levels).
