Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Stores Personnel to join our team in Campsie site, Derry/Londonderry.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and issue materials, equipment, and other items in line with operational requirements.
Accurately record inventory transactions using manual and digital systems.
Organise and prepare all the necessary materials and equipment required for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Monitor inventory movement and identify discrepancies through regular cycle counts and stock verification.
Ensure all store materials are correctly identified, labelled, and stored in their designated locations.
Manage outbound shipments, including documentation and coordination of pick-up with service providers.
Assist in maintaining minimum stock levels for critical components to avoid production delays.

Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience

Experience in warehouse, material handling, or inventory control.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

Desirable Skills, Qualifications/Experience

Strong commercial awareness and understanding of stock and logistics processes.
Forklift qualification
