Industrial Spray Operative

Fleming-Agri Products require an Industrial Spray Painter to join our ever-growing team.

An exciting opportunity to join our Industrial Spray Team. You will work as part of the production process ensuring efficiency and effective technique in all industrial spray activities.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Industrial Paint Sprayer to join our production team. Working as part of our production team, you will play a key role in ensuring our products are finished to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

• Apply paint finishes to products to the highest quality standards.

• Maintain efficiency and productivity within the spray house.

• Carry out quality checks throughout the spraying process.

• Perform routine maintenance and care of spraying equipment.

• Keep the spray area clean, organised, and operating efficiently.

• Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules for booths, fans, filters, and equipment.

• Participate in ongoing training to develop spraying techniques and product knowledge.

• Follow all company Health & Safety procedures and safe systems of work.

• Wear and maintain all required PPE.

• Report any equipment faults or safety concerns promptly.

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Commitment to producing high‑quality work.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• A proactive approach to health and safety.

• Previous industrial spraying experience is desirable but not essential as full training can be provided for the right candidate.
