The Opportunity

Are you passionate about social media and its shopping opportunities? QVC UK is looking for a Social Commerce Assistant to support our Digital and Social team with an emphasis on paid social media campaigns and building our shoppable social platforms such as Tik Tok Shop. Reporting to the Social & Community Manager, you’ll help build the success of our social commerce strategies, coordinate campaign execution, and ensure seamless team operations.

• You will support/assist the planning, scheduling, and deployment of paid and organic social campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube).
• You’ll support the creation and optimisation of paid social ads, including asset management, copywriting, and audience targeting.
• You will monitor campaign performance, compile weekly/monthly reports, and provide insights.
• You will engage with the QVC social community and analyse market research to guide ideas.
• You’ll monitor our catalogues for Tik Tok and You Tube Shop, checking stock, offers, and more.
• You will support with the evolving Tik Tok Shop through Live shopping ad campaigns and creators.
• You will coordinate product orders and send-outs for samples, shoots, competitions, and paid campaign assets.
• You’ll manage tracked links, campaign documentation, and general admin tasks.
• You Will support Tik Tok Shop product updates and optimisation within Tik Tok Seller Centre.
• You will help coordinate creators and affiliates at Tik Tok Affiliate Centre and Lark.
• You will help manage live shopping events and content banking with the social and PCC team.
• You’ll research new paid social trends, platform updates, and new advertising features.
• Collaborate with the digital and SEO teams to maximise campaign visibility and searchability.

• You have experience or strong interest in paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads, etc.).
• You will have experience of social media platforms, content management systems, and campaign analytics.
• You have a creative mindset with excellent promotional writing and communication skills.
• You are highly organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You will have collaboration skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
• You will have analytical skills and attention to detail with a focus on delivering results.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
