We're now looking for an associate-middle level Integrated Marketing Communications Manager. This role is a full-time, hybrid, with some business travel required position.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Eco Flow residential IMC strategies and campaigns in UK region in alignment with Eco Flow residential business priorities, brand and customer needs.

Understand both B2B and B2C marketing, and support the Eco Flow brand vision through careful execution of the design, messaging, voice and approachs of all marketing efforts.

Manage the execution elements of the optimal IMC mix including advertising, web marketing, collateral, case studies, partner success deliverables, videos, events, demos, PR, broadcasts/webinars, digital, social media, demand gen, influencer, etc.

Supervise and coordinate co-marketing plan with key distributors and partners to promote Eco Flow to the industry, and work with the team to provide marketing support for key accounts.

Work cross functionally to build sales engagement in marketing programs.

Manage the work of external vendors when necessary.

Your profile includes

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, event planning, media planning or related work. Experience in planning and developing integrated marketing campaigns.

Proven experience in B2B and B2C marketing;
Prefered experience in the solar storage & PV & energy industry.

Excellent problem-solving skills, cross-departmental and analytical skills.

Strategic thinker, willing to roll up your sleeves and execute strategy.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and diverse environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills English, additional European language fluency will be a plus.
