- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities across target markets (corporate, education, sports teams, workwear contracts).
- Maintain CRM records, pipeline forecasts and weekly sales reports.
- Build, cultivate and maintain long‑term client relationships with a consultative approach.
- Attend industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to promote the brand and expand customer reach.
- Support the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Manage social media platforms, content calendars, promotional emails and website updates to engage current and prospective clients.
- Produce marketing collateral (brochures, case studies, product information) aligned with brand identity.
- Analyse market trends, customer data and campaign performance to inform strategy and optimise ROI.
- Coordinate with external partners (design, advertising, print) as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
