Position: Content Manager - 12month FTC

We're looking for a Content Manager to join our communications team on a 12-month fixed-term contract and help deliver highly impactful, creative, and audience-specific content that brings our brand to life.

The role

As a Content Manager, you'll play a key role in the firm's communications team, driving forward compelling marketing content across all areas of the firm that supports our brand positioning and helps our internal clients win new work.

You'll draft clear and engaging copy in our down-to-earth, straight-talking tone of voice for a wide range of purposes - including brand positioning statements, website content, landing pages, brochures, advertisements, and campaigns - working closely with teams across the firm to develop our written content, digest complicated information across a wide range of subjects and turning it into clear and compelling storytelling for both external and internal audiences.

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for storytelling, a knack for research, and a strong interest in digital content creation.

What you'll be doing
  • Lead on interviewing stakeholders and clients to create content which can be used across multiple channels.
  • Review and develop key pieces of content across multiple channels including website, blogs, video, thought leadership, and case studies.
  • Work with the PR and Business Development teams to develop copy for service and product propositions, as well as supporting the Business Development team with copywriting for brochures and client-facing documents, ensuring all content reinforces our brand positioning and tone of voice.
  • Strong writing skills across a range of styles, excellent interviewing skills with the confidence to ask the right questions, and experience writing search engine optimised (SEO) content for digital channels.
  • A background in writing for professional services, with a creative flair for storytelling and the ability to digest and distil complicated information into clear and compelling copy for a broad audience.
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task and meet deadlines, confident in adapting content and tone of voice to suit different audiences and channels, and a creative, curious communicator who can quickly form relationships across the firm at all levels.
