Reporting directly to a site supervisor, you ll join a hardworking team committed to excellence in outdoor upkeep and landscape management.

About you

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping or manual outdoor work
• Proficient with grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers and strimmers
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures outdoors
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions

What you ll do

• Operate and maintain grounds maintenance machinery, including mowers, hedge trimmers, and power tools
• Conduct landscaping duties such as planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching
• Handle litter removal from various outdoor spaces, ensuring tidy and safe environments
• Apply chemicals and pesticides safely when required
• Support minor repairs and equipment maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
