Sous Chef - Reitano's Food

Looking for Sous Chef for a new opening Italian Restaurant Osteria Fiorentina in Chelsea. You will work alongside Head Chef to manage daily kitchen activities.

• Overseeing staff
• Aiding with menu preparation
• Ensuring food quality and freshness
• Monitoring ordering and stocking
• Providing meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes

• Excellent culinary skills – strong knowledge of cooking techniques, different cuisines, and food presentation
• Leadership abilities – ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Problem‑solving skills – quickly identifying and resolving issues in the kitchen
• Attention to detail – maintaining high standards for food quality and presentation
• Ability to work under pressure – performing well in a fast‑paced, high‑stress environment
• Strong communication skills – clear and concise communication with staff and other departments
• Ability to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared timely
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations
• Experience with Italian cuisine and similar role

Full time position, salary £42,000 per year, plus bonus scheme and tips. Must have right to work in UK.
