We are recruiting a Food Service Assistant for our Trinity House, Garvagh site. This is a great opportunity to join a world‑leading facilities management company.

- Location: Garvagh – Trinity House
- Quantity: 1
- Salary: £12.21 per hour
- Working Pattern: 4 hours per week; any 4 days out of 7, 8:00‑18:30

- Assist with preparation, service and sales of all food and beverages for the unit
- Provide high‑quality customer service consistently to all facility users
- Work with the team to ensure timely and high‑standard service delivery
- Carry out cleaning duties as instructed by the line manager
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen and service areas and assist with waste removal
- Wash and clear dishes in the dining area
- Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
- Comply with Health, Safety & Hygiene standards and HACCP regulations
- Follow procedures for handling and using cleaning materials
- Complete administrative tasks such as recording food temperatures and daily sales figures on the system
- Assist with effective stock and portion control management
- Demonstrable passion for providing good customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Good navigation and time‑management skills
- Workable knowledge of HACCP regulations
- Basic food hygiene certificate
- Full clean driving licence
- Basic statutory training – reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to understand safety instructions and communicate with customers
