• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
• Prepare, present, and serve food and beverages to company and client standards.
• Operate the till accurately, manage cash handling, and complete sales documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness across service areas, including tables, counters, and floors.
• Ensure all food and hygiene standards are met, following HACCP and company policies.
• Replenish food counters, condiments, and vending machines as required.
• Support with deliveries, temperature checks, and record keeping.
• Assist with special functions and provide cover in other areas when needed.

• A passion for great customer service and teamwork.
• Experience in food service, hospitality, or a similar role (preferred but not essential).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure during busy service times.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and follow company procedures.
• Pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
