• Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch service for a high-volume workforce
• Deliver consistent, high-quality meals within agreed specifications
• Maintain portion control and presentation standards
• Support menu development focusing on nutrition, value, and efficiency
• Assist in grab-and-go and packed lunch production where required

• Maintain strict adherence to HACCP and food safety regulations
• Follow all site-specific health, safety, and security procedures
• Complete temperature checks, cleaning schedules, and compliance Documentation
• Ensure allergen procedures are fully implemented and controlled

• Support stock rotation (FIFO) and minimise waste
• Assist with deliveries and stock management
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all kitchen areas
• Contribute to cost control targets and labour efficiency

NVQ Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent experience).

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in high-volume or contract catering
• Strong understanding of food safety and allergen management
• Ability to work efficiently in a structured, fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual with strong team ethic
