• Leading and motivating a talented kitchen team
• Delivering consistently great food and service
• Managing rotas to keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Taking control of stock, ordering and reducing waste
• Keeping a close eye on food costs and GP without compromising quality
• Bringing fresh ideas to menus and specials

Head Chef or strong Sous Chef experience
A positive, hands‑on leadership style
The ability to stay calm under pressure
A genuine passion for food, people and hospitality

Salary between £40-£45k dependant on experience
