Location: Derry/Londonderry
New Bath Hotel & Spa in Derry City is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests daily. You will work with a skilled kitchen brigade to ensure consistency and the highest standards across all menus.
You should have supervisory experience in a branded or hotel kitchen, a passion for quality food, and a collaborative approach to maintain brand standards and outstanding guest service.
