Dalata Hotel Group plc invites applications for a Chef De Partie to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen across our UK estates.
You will help maintain food quality and hygiene standards, follow the Head Chef's lead in excellence and efficiency, and ensure HACCP regulations are followed at all times while supporting your teammates in hygiene and safety during prep and storage.
