Lisneal College in Derry/Londonderry is seeking a cook to assist with the preparation and cooking of meals for pupils and staff. The role is permanent, 27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00am–2:00pm, with a retainer during holidays.
You will work under the Senior/Unit Catering Supervisor and Catering Manager, follow HACCP guidelines, help with portion control, record keeping, hygiene and safety, and contribute to menu planning, stock checks, and service at meal times.
