Location: Derry / Londonderry

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, subject to a 3-month probationary period

Role / Salary: Head Chef, up to £50000 per year

Sous Chef, up to £36000 per year

Chef de Partie, up to £34000 per year

We are currently seeking talented and motivated Chefs of different levels to join a hotel kitchen team in Derry/Londonderry. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate chefs looking to take the next step in their career within a professional and supportive environment. You will work closely with the other team members to deliver high-quality, consistent food while helping to lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team.

As a hotel chef you will be working 40 hours per week on various shift patterns with full flexibility required Monday - Sunday. All salaries dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Supervise and motivate junior kitchen staff
• Assist with menu development and seasonal changes
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety regulations
• Manage stock control, ordering, and waste reduction

Requirements

• Proven experience as a chef
• Passion for fresh, high-quality food
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
