Relief Chefs

We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Relief Chefs to join our temporary support team for work in various Hospitality establishments in Derry. The successful candidates will support the kitchen team across a range of services, maintaining consistently high standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene.

Key responsibilities:

Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to hotel standards Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team during busy services Working across breakfast, lunch, dinner and functions as required Ensuring food is prepared safely and efficiently Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards Helping to manage stock and minimise food waste Working effectively as part of a professional kitchen team Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Chef in a hotel, restaurant or similar environment Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques Ability to work efficiently under pressure Strong food hygiene and HACCP awareness Reliable, flexible and professional approach Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
