To manage day-to-day store operations, we are looking for a committed and affable shopkeeper. The ideal applicant will be well-organised, have a strong focus on customer service, and have outstanding communication skills. This position entails overseeing sales, keeping track of inventory, and ensuring that every guest feels welcome. Fluency in both Spanish and English is highly desired. The shopkeeper will also manage data entry duties and employ upselling strategies.

• Ordering, receiving deliveries, reviewing invoices, and ensuring shelves are filled.
• Maintaining store displays to make sure items are attractive to customers, well-priced, and displayed nicely.
• Serving clients by listening to their requirements, offering product recommendations, and helping them make decisions and buy things.
• Managing sales transactions, running cash registers, and upholding precise cash handling protocols.
• Overseeing the opening and closing of the store while ensuring security measures are followed.
• Preserving the store’s general cleanliness and maintenance.
• Responding quickly and expertly to customer questions, grievances, or concerns.
• Following business policies and health and safety standards.
• Maintaining precise inventory records and taking stock on a regular basis.

• Three years of relevant experience, or relevant experience to be acquired upon graduation.
• Expertise in customer service and retail sales.
• Ability to work autonomously, effectively manage workload, and guarantee excellent service standards.
• A driver’s license is necessary.

Willingness to work a variety of hours, such as on weekends or nights, if necessary to meet business requirements.
